The City of Memphis has asked the Alliance to serve as a central clearinghouse for the Memphis and Shelby County area on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). As such, our website provides information on ARRA discretionary and competitive grant opportunities, grant awards that have been made to organizations and institutions in Memphis and Shelby County, and ARRA compliance. ARRA Grant Compliance
The Alliance stays in contact with OMB and other resources to make sure we are giving the most accurate (and available) information. The federal government is still adjusting terms and conditions related to ARRA funding, and the federal agencies may have different approaches to reported information, particularly related to jobs created. It is therefore important to communicate regularly with your funding agency.

Significant Non-Compliers - Feb - Dec 2009 (PDF 420 KB) 02/26/2010. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has provided the Recovery Board with a federal-agency certified list identifying recipients that were required to report for both reporting periods (February - September 2009 and October - December 2009) but did not.
