Peer Networking
One of the benefits of membership is Peer Networking Groups for different levels of staff. The Alliance offers networking opportunities for CEOs/EDs, Board Chairs and Vice Chairs, CFOs/Finance Officers, Development Officers, Human Resources Managers, and Administrative Assistants. In partnership with Cloud for Good, the Alliance also hosts a Technology user group, Netsquared.

The CEO/Executive Director Group consists of CEOs, Presidents, and Executive Directors. This group meets monthly at the Alliance office. The format for meetings includes the discussion of case studies, readings on leadership and management, and written assignments. This group meets monthly. The Board Chair Council offers board leaders a forum in which to meet their peers, discuss best practices in board development and governance, and share problems and concerns. For those individuals who have never chaired a board, they will have access to resources that can help them perform their duties more effectively. This group meets quarterly. The CFO/Finance Group, sponsored by Watkins Uiberall, is composed of CFOs, finance staff, and Executive Directors who want to learn more about finance. The Netsquared Group meets monthly and brings together people in the nonprofit sector who are interested in technology. Participants have a chance to share ideas, hear from experts in the field, and potentially collaborate with others on technology projects. This group meets on the first Thursday of each month.
