New Urban Institute Report Documents Challenges in Tennessee

According to data recently released from the Urban Institute (UI), more than 42 percent of nonprofits in Tennessee report problems resulting from government paying them late for contracted services they provide in communities across the state, thus increasing burdens and costs on their operations and for their clients.
