Boards of Directors: Myths and Realities
More than 150 participants enjoyed a full day of information from experts on boards and governance, as well as hands-on interaction with one another.

Nancy McGee, CEO of the Alliance welcomed the 150+ crowd to the conference.
In addition to insightful presentations, attendees were given the opportunity to learn from the expert speakers, panelists and one another. Conference attendees participated in several break out sessions and table discussions throughout the day. |
Reception
The Alliance Board of Directors hosted a reception following the conference. Nonprofit board members and staff members visited with one another at the reception. The room was buzzing with talk of lessons learned earlier in the day.
