The Alliance’s 501 (c)ollege provides over 60 workshops in seven core areas of management, as well as four certificate programs. The goals of the (c)ollege are to encourage lifelong learning among nonprofit practitioners and to develop a community of practice by promoting a comprehensive understanding of organizational development, a high level of interactivity, critical thinking and the sharing of knowledge.
